Your delivery charge is based on size and weight with prices starting from £6.99 - £8.99. The delivery charges are based on weight: product + packaging(or icepack)=delivery charge. When the courier needs to deliver a perishable product then someone must be available to receive the order on the day of delivery. If you are not there then a re-delivery must be funded by the customer. We can not be held responsible for any spoilage of your goods if no one is available to receive them. If you are not available to receive the order then please contact us ASAP or If you have received a text from the courier please notify them ASAP. Parcels can be left in a safe place but at your own risk. Christmas time deliveries, we can't guarantee next day delivery because of couriers delays. Deliveries will be 2-3 working days from placing your order. So get your orders in early to avoid any delays.
