When ordering online you can now pay with any credit or debit card through Stripe! In addition you can opt to telephone us to enable you to let us have your card details over the phone. Either way we provide the personal touch. Once we have received your cleared payment we will ship your order. PLEASE NOTE that if you use this payment option we do not charge your card until the order is ready for despatch.
Our guarantee to you is that all of the products that you buy from us are of the highest quality! If ever you aren't satisfied with the quality of the product we will replace the product concerned without question! If you decide that you don't wish to keep your purchase for some other reason then our 7-day refund guarantee applies. Our 7-day refund guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing and Bags must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We also have a 14-day return policy on all non food items (clothing, pots, grids). We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are faulty. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

As each order arrives on our system, we check stock availability and then pick it and pack it ready for despatch if you order before 12pm for next working day delivery. We use DPD as a third party courier with next working day delivery but please note that sometimes there are unfortunate delays and we cannot guaranty a next working day delivery. If there are any items that are not immediately available then we will telephone or email you and offer you the option of an alternative product, to wait until stock of the missing item arrives, or to send out the order without that item.

As long as your delivery address is in the UK, we can deliver on a Saturday at a delivery charge of £17.00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee weekend delivery as this is up to DPD third party courier. if your parcel is not received on the Saturday we will be more than happy to refund/gift voucher the remaining balance of the delivery cost.

If you place an order for "Frozen" products. i.e., Boerewors, Koeksisters our products are delivered Tuesday - Friday. Products are sent out frozen and packed with specially designed ice packs and bubble wrap to ensure they remain fresh until they are delivered to your door, they may be defrosted by the time they get to you, please consume within 3 days. If fully defrosted, please do not refreeze. Frozen Boerewors can stay out of the freezer for up to 48 hours. if your order takes longer than 48hrs from dispatch please give us a call and we can happily sort this out for you.
Fresh orders are treated differently to regular non-perishable orders and may take longer to process due to factors like availability.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: If an order containing fresh meat (boerewors) is placed after 12pm on a Thursday it will be dispatched the following week (Monday).
